Mr. DeJong, as promised, did not charge extra for initial service, even though it took him nearly 2 hours. He got rid of spider webs on the house, around the perimeter of the property on the fences, and even removed the spider webs from my grandchildren's toys outside. I had been putting this off for a long time because I couldn't afford the initial service, so I decided to give WOW Pest Control a try. I am SOLD!

Wow pest control is the best. I had a gopher problem Sam the owner has been here twice a week to get rid of them. They are gone!! He is such a professional. Didn't quit until the problem was solved. I cancelled my other pest control I have had for 19 years to go with him. Try Wow you will not be sorry!!

I can see now why this company has received so many positive reviews. I went with them because of it and now I will leave one myself.
I have used Banks Pest control for years, but after a recent rat problem in my garage I decided to switch. The company is very responsive-first with my initial request for a bid via yelp and then with call/text message reminders for my appointments.
I've had both a regular tech out to spray and the owner Sam to help with the rat issue. Both were very friendly and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. Used all-natural sprays the day they came out because of the rain. Set more traps for the rats and fingers crossed we will get them out soon.
Pricing is the same as I was paying at Banks but much more attentive and much better overall service.
